TECHNOLOGY
JunRan’s R&D team consistently explores cutting-edge technologies for skate products. We conduct market research and draw on advanced craftsmanship from leading sports footwear brands.
 
We have applied 3D printing, gradient 3D printing, digital printing and fly-knitting to skate shoes, and mastered composite fusion technology for footwear. Currently, we are developing multi-color fusion uppers, and have upgraded single-color hot stamping to multi-color hot stamping, which has achieved proven success in our skate products.
 
We specialize in high-performance skating gear, including free skates, inline skates, quad skates, fitness skates, complete skateboards, longboards, protective gear and helmets.

From conceptual design and custom mold engineering to mass production, we help established brands create differentiated products. Our expertise in carbon fiber manufacturing and injection molding ensures superior product performance.
 
From 130 tons to 320 tons, our injection molding machines can handle most plastic products. To keep high quality and efficiency, we have our own engineers and equipments (including CNC machines) to design and make high precision molds for your products.
